Necessário para o tmf9 (#772): a suite react (222 arquivos) com coverage estoura o heap default do Node no runner (OOM exitcode 134, logs 40366/40420). Input com default vazio — zero impacto nos callers existentes (dani/fina/helpcor/tennis).
